Stuartfield Pleasurepark is a well-used facility situated on the eastern approaches to the village. There is a modern playpark which was installed during 2007, paid for by local fundraising and grant awards.

Work is currently underway to prepare plans for a new changing pavilion. Progress will be reported on this page.

Other park facilities includes a full size football pitch, with basic portakabin changing facilities, a tennis court, bowling green and public convenience. The park enjoys its own access road to a small but ample car park and is landscaped with mature trees on much of its borders, resulting in a sheltered environment for the village children to play.

During 2011, the Pleasurepark Committee arranged a Burns supper and ceilidh in the village hall in January and a summer dance, dancing to the Toni and Ziggy.

2010 improvements included a general maintenance day carried out by members of the Pleasurepark Committee, where repairs were carried out to the park’s fences and portakabin. More recently, an Aberdeenshire Council funding allocation was utilised to provide new fencing, at the request of the Pleasurepark Committee, which will provide a much needed safety enhancement on the border between the wooded area to the south of the park, and the main road into Stuartfield.
